If you received an item made incorrectly on my end, you can contact us at faithfullymaed@yahoo.com. within 24 hours of receiving the item and i will make it correct. This is the only time any type of a product will be corrected. Other than that, all sales are FINAL.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MELTED OR SCENT LOSS IN FRESHIES! This all depends on where you have freshie placed. If placed in vehicle, in direct sunlight move freshie to blinker, and out of direct sunlight. DO NOT place freshie against sunshade and window. This WILL act as an OVEN and your freshie WILL MELT. I WILL NOT REPLACE.
